LEAD (short for Legislation Education & Advocacy Day) is an event hosted annually by the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce, providing attendees with education on public affairs throughout the region, and the ability to connect with local leaders. This event was developed from a similar event held in the past, and was in need of a refreshed look to reflect that.
