Project: 140th Anniversary Logo
Completed: 2024
For the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce's 140th anniversary in 2024, I was tasked to complete a commemorative logo to be used throughout the year. The team had wished to include gold in addition to the branded colors of blue and green, and the primary Chamber logo still included within. A shiny metallic look was added across the logo to add an additional touch.
Project: Columbus Condors logo concept (class project)
Completed: 2020
I completed this logo concept as a class project. I was assigned a random sport and team name to create a logo and brand for, and was given the task to create a logo for the Columbus Condors, a fictitious NBA basketball team. The arch behind the bird is a nod to one of the city's nicknames- "Arch City;" acting as a reference towards the historical arches that are seen around the city.
Project: Scranton Jazz Fest logo concept (class project)
Completed: 2019
While the Scranton Jazz Fest is an existing event, I completed this logo on my own as a class project. I chose to do this project as a practice in a rebrand of their current logo, which I felt could use a modern update. The shape of the logo, and the light bulb at the top, is a nod to a well-known sign in the City of Scranton, as well as its nickname of the "Electric City."
Project: Liberté Café logo concept (class project)
Completed: 2019
For one of my class projects, I wanted to create a logo for a coffee shop / cafe.
Liberté Café is a fictitious French café that I envisioned to be located in Boston, and the branding reflects both of these elements.
Project: Hear for Change logo concept (class project)
Completed: 2018
In one of my classes, we were tasked to create a logo for a nonprofit organization. I chose to create a logo for a fictitious nonprofit music school, which I chose to call "Hear for Change." The logo has a clean, friendly look to it, and subtle elements of music included.
